Runner’s World Circulation Growing

by Rebecca Loveridge on July 28, 2009

Rodale’s Runners World has increased circulation 5% in the first half of 2009, according to Min, with an 89% increase in the subscription rate compared to the same period in 2008. Even newsstand sales have ticked up in the last six months. Rodale attributes its Web site for its success. “Online is now responsible for driving a huge percentage of subscriptions sales,” Chris Lamiase, Runner’s World Media Group VP, told Min recently. A recent feature on Sarah Palin also helped the magazine break records, with nearly 5.5 million page views in July alone.
